Jazmine Flores
Jazmine focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters and class-action defense. She has advised and defended employers in a wide range of complex issues arising out of federal and state employment laws. Her litigation experience includes representing employers in a variety of industries in the defense of claims for discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
Jazmine was born and raised in Kern County and is fluent in Spanish. As a Kern County native, Jazmine understands the industries in Central California and Kern County as well as the business operations of the employers she represents. Jazmine brings to her practice an understanding of client concerns and a pragmatic approach to resolving the issues presented by each matter.
