Jazmine Flores

Jazmine focuses her practice on labor and employment and business litigation matters. Her litigation experience includes counseling and representing employers in a variety of industries with respect to a wide scope of labor, employment, and business matters, including claims of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, as well as wage and hour claims.

Jazmine was born and raised in Kern County and is fluent in Spanish. As a Kern County native, Jazmine understands the industries in Central California and Kern County as well as the business operations of the employers she represents. Jazmine brings to her practice an understanding of client concerns and a pragmatic approach to resolving the issues presented by each matter.
