Brian J. Hill was born in Bakersfield and graduated from Liberty High School. After graduation he worked for various position in the oil field and in 2012 became a safety manager of local oilfield construction and maintenance company. As safety manager, Brian gained experience working with employers, employees, and government agencies implementing safe work procedures and practices. After working in the safety management position for four years, had a passion for business, specifically helping businesses grow and operate legally. Brian then went to law school in pursuit of this passion.
