Isabel MedellinIsabel is the office manager and senior paralegal in the firm’s employment and bankruptcy practice. Isabel has assisted the firm’s management team in the development and integration of processes and procedures for the firm as well as managed the firm’s human resources functions.  On the legal side, Isabel works closely with employers in the areas of labor, employment, and business litigation. Prior to entering the legal field, Isabel worked in finance.  Her experience in this field has allowed her to assist in various aspects of business issues, including debtor/creditor disputes, bankruptcy reorganizations, and both creditor and trustee representation in various chapters under the Bankruptcy Code.  Isabel strives to provide the highest level of service to the firm’s clients by building client relationships and trust.

Isabel was born and raised in Bakersfield and is fluent in Spanish.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children play sports and attending concerts.
