Lunch and Learn: Reasonable Accommodation

California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act obligate most employers to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled workers.  This instructive seminar will help decipher and explain this obligation, and will address such questions as when and how accommodation is requested, who is entitled to accommodation, what types of accommodation are required, and other issues.  In addition, this session will discuss undue hardship and other employer defenses, as well as provide practical suggestions on how to handle accommodation issues.  We hope you can join us for this informative event!
